RoomDekho is a platform that facilitates connections between property owners and room seekers. You must be at least 18 years old to list or rent a property through our service.
RoomDekho is a direct-to-owner platform. We do not charge any brokerage fees from tenants. Any user claiming to be a "RoomDekho Broker" and asking for commission should be reported immediately.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Fake property details, misleading photos, or incorrect rent amounts are strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
While RoomDekho helps you find a room, all rental agreements, payments, and background checks are to be handled directly between the owner and the tenant. We strongly recommend visiting the property and verifying documents in person before making any payments.
RoomDekho acts only as an information-sharing platform. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users offline.
